I think this product is real and might help women through menopause. However be careful, use sparingly. I used it on my face and neck 2 times a day for 2 months. I liked what it did with my skin yet I started developing tenderness in one breast, then both. Then it occurred to me the only change was using this cream. So I quit using it and now my breasts are back to normal. So it has something to it. I plan to go back to using it but maybe 2 times a week for me. So gauge it carefully ladies.

Unfortunately I have got a very bad skin reaction to this product. I am not prone to allergies, so I was very surprised. I experienced rednes and itching on my skin. It lasted all evening. I am sorry I can not reccomend this product.

I bought this procut because it contians Wild Yam extract, and this is good for balancing hormones in menopausal women like me. When I first used this product, I rubbed it all over my body as directed. Within minutes, however, I began to feel ill. I took a shower about a half hour later, when the symptoms seemed to intesify, and I felt better after washing it off. Later, I tried it again, rubbing less than a tablespoon into my torso area every day. This did not give me a reaction, and instead had the effect I wanted, cutting down on the severity of my hot flashes and mood swings. My advice to anyone using this for hormone replacement therapy is to use it sparingly. It's strong!
