This product is a complete failure and barely turned on. I contacted customer service to alert them of this issue and they told me the problem was mine to deal with and I should try contacting the company for a replacement.

I've always figured these epilators don't work, but figured I'd try a small one to give it a try anyway.

First, it only seems to work on the fine hair on my chin. Doesn't remove the thicker hairs, which are the ones that annoy me the most. Also, don't believe anyone who says these things are "painless" when they do indeed remove a thicker hair.

Dissapointed, but not very suprised...

I've purchased many different epilading products over the years and this one is the least useful. I've tried various positions and hair lengths. No matter what you do, it will remove ONE hair if you are in the perfect position.

I was on my way out of town and wanted to pack this quickly. I threw out the box without thinking or else I would have returned it.
