Products was used both on towel dried hair and dry hair, both were ineffective. No shine fer sure which I was looking forward to seeing. First of all I couldn't get the bottle to spray and after fooling around it for 10 minutes or so a part fell out and it still didn't spray. Trying to fix it three other pieces were all over my counter top. Brother was I anxious - hadn't even tried it and the spray broke apart. I had to transfer the liquid contence to another plastic spraying apparatus that actually worked. Then I used this product but would NEVER buy it again.

After lots of debating I decided to try this spray in hopes it would help protect my hair from heat damage. I am glad to say that it does work! Wonderfully! I have thick wavy/curly hair that is very long. I don't do lots of heat styling, but when I do I prefer curlers. I picked up this spray specifically for use with hot rollers. My hair instantly feels smoother & silkier when I spray it on. It's made rolling my hair much easier as well. I was surprised to find the fragrance very pleasing. I'm not usually big on fragranced products but this one is very nice. So far I've not seen any heat damage since I began using this product about 6 months ago.
During intital application the product is very light weight on the hair but unfortunately I have found that (with my hair at least) if I try to go into a second day my hair looks dull and a bit gunky. In order to use it multiple days in a row I have to shower and thoroughly wash my hair between uses. It does wash out very easily.
I also think the bottle & trigger need a redesign. It looks great, but it puts the hands at an odd angle and I found it hurt my hands to spray a few times.

Overall though I think this is a great product and the few drawbacks are worth it for protected hair that looks fabulous!
