I LOVE this stuff. I do agree with everyone on the packaging issues, but otherwise this is the most effective product I have ever found over the counter. It is very thick and hard to get out of the bottle, however I find that I only need to use a very small amount over a large area. It is very condensed and only lathers when using a quarter sized portion. Anyway, this stuff is AWESOME! Enough said

The bottle has to be stored upside down for the product to come out and even then it's still difficult. This wouldn't be so bad if the product itself worked; but it doesn't. I am 30 years old and had some big sore, red pimples pop up on my middle to lower back out of nowhere. I used this for one month and had no improvement, only more pimples! Waste of money.

I also felt that squeezing it out of the bottle was a big task. I get acne on my back and shoulders. After using this every day, I have not seen any breakouts at all. It also got rid of the blemishes left from old acne. I have been using it for over 6 months now. It would be perfect if Neutrogena found a better way to dispense it.

I love this product for its effectiveness. I occasionally break out on my chest and back and this does clear it up. The only thing I don't like is the packaging. It is very difficult to get it out of the bottle. I leave it upside down but the hole in the bottle is too small for the thickness of the scrub. I love Neutrogena products in general and wish they would re-think the packing and come up with something easier to dispense.

I never had bad acne and then last year my back and chest just exploded with painful, red deep acne. I dealt with that problem for 3 months and then I tried this product. Within a week my back was smooth, painless, and eventually the redness scarring subsided within a few more weeks. It is very thick and yes sometimes hard to get out of the bottle, but I only use a quarter sized sample for my chest and back and had no problems getting that much out at a time. The scrub is a great exfoliant and the fragrance is fresh.

I had SEVERE body acne. So, I shouldn't have expected amazing results. Basically, if you have severe body acne then go to a doctor. If it's just a light sprinkle, try this! Neutrogena is a great product!

This product really does work! I have used it for years with great results. To some other reviewers who had problems getting the product out of the bottle: Store the bottle upside down! I do this and it comes out no problem every time.

The scrub itself is great. But I can't get it out of the bottle! The bottle is too stiff, the hole too small, and the scrub too thick to get it out. Neither my husband or I could do it. We resorted to leaving the lid off, but then you sit there shaking it like a ketchup bottle. This should be in a squeeze tube. I recently shifted to another brand which is similar but in a tube. Forget it!!
