For all the people that have problems squeezing it out of the bottle, just store the bottle upside down... (Just clean the tip after each use, and it's much easier). This scrub works wonders!! It may be a combination of drinking green tea (I'm told the antioxidants help with acne treatments) but I've noticed incredibly clear and smooth skin. Since then, I havent been able to get anything out of the bottle. I found the scent to be not very pleasant, and it was difficult to squeeze out of the bottle after the first time. It does clear up acne a bit, but really didn't do much more than a regular body scrub for me. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

 I use this product in the ...by Anonymous in Undisclosed on 1/15/07I use this product in the winter when I start to see pimples on my back. It works great to clear them up. I also use an astringent on my back to keep it extra clear!
A good tip is to wash your body after shampooing and conditioning your hair, because certain ingredients in conditioner can clog your skin! Also a good tip for your face: cover it when putting on hairspray! | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

My chest was also quite bumpy, and I wanted to smoothen it out. Neutrogena's scrub really did help get rid of the breakouts, and my skin is smoother.
