This product really helped clear up my back acne. I had tried other products, but they just didn't do the trick. This one works well. One problem I had with the product was the consistency - it's hard to squeeze out. However, once you get it out of there it's good to go. I found that adding a little water to the bottle after several uses not only increased the life of the bottle, but did not decrease its effectiveness.

I am 20 years old and until I picked this product up, I had bad back acne. I finally decided to give it a try. It smells great, but the consistency sucks. It's soooo thick. Have to give it a good hard squeeze to get it out. The microbeads are a nice addition. But, having said that, it did reduce the amount of little pimples. It did nothing to prevent big pimples on my back. I do recommend you trying this product. But as for me, I like the one without the microbeads. Works better.

I have minor acne on my chest and acne on my back. This cleared up most of my chest acne, but not much on my back. It does feel clean, and I like the scent.

I've been using this stuff for about 3 weeks now. I mainly started using it because I used to get really bad cysts on the underside of my arms and I am happy to say that they have cleared, and continue to say clear. It has also made the rest of my skin very soft. I don't use it more than twice a day and I use just a regular washcloth for application. I leave the wash on for a minute of two before I wash it off to give the medication time to work. Acne is not "curable" but it is manageable. This product does what it says...'HELPS' manage acne on your body. Using it in conjunction with another acne fighting product might help. Also, you want to make sure the lotion you use on your body afterward doesn't contain mineral oil, because that just defeats the purpose. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because it is kind of hard to get out of the bottle, especially after you use half the bottle.

I've been using this product for about 2 months. In the beginning I didn't see any results, but after a couple of weeks, I began to breakout less. I still have light breakouts once in a while, but it does work. I hate how it is very thick and hard to squeeze out. I would recommend this product, but don't expect to see major results.

I used this product for about a month and a half, and in that time I did not see an inch of results at all. It says it helps prevent acne and fights off existing acne. Maybe that's true if it is used for a few months, but a month and a half and still not able to notice any action at all is just ridiculous.

It didn't work. I get body acne, especially on my back. I mostly have minor red spots, but an occasional pimple. This is a salicylic acid body soap. It's pleasant to use, but after at least two months of twice daily use, the results were negligible. I gave it the opportunity of very diligent application, and it just didn't work. I don't expect a miracle potion, but for it to fail after this much effort is unforgivable.

I have had an acne problem located on my back, chest, and arms for a while now. It is not very serious, so I figure an over-the-counter scrub would help. I purchased this product and found that the only benefit I got from it was that it smelled good and made my skin soft. It did not help my acne one bit. If you want a good work out in your hands though, buy this product. You practically have to stand on the bottle to get anything out!

Has the consistency of mucus and it's impossible to get out of the bottle. Really don't like it. The kind without microbeads is a million times better! I give it two stars, because it cleanses well enough.
