I really like this conditioner. It doesn't make my hair feel weighted down with product. My hair feels light and bouncy after use.

This conditioner does seem to strengthen and detangle, but does nothing to add body. In addition, you have to be careful that it doesn't get in your eyes, because it is harsh enough to sting if that happens. All in all, it's a decent strengthening conditioner, but not the best repairing conditioner I've ever used.

This is an awesome condtioner! I got both this and the shampoo and I love it. It moisturizes my hair but doesn't make it greasy. It keeps my hair soft all day and I did not itch like crazy either which is a problem I tend to have with shampoos and conditioners. I highly recommend this product.
