easy to apply and gives very intense color after only one stroke. the only small issue I hae is the color gets on the lower water line.

Easy to use eyeliner that looks good all day. I like L'Oreal generally and this is a great product. Not too expensive and easy to control for a thick or thin line. Not too wet or too dry.

I bought this liner online and when I received it I immediately tried it. It went on smooth dried faster than any liquid liner I have ever used and did NOT smudge,smear or flake or anything. I don't know why this liner gets bad reviews it is REALLY better than the other pen liners I have used like Mac now that's a joke Mac smears and gives you racoon eyes.

Difficult to line inside eyes due to it burning. If you accidentally get in your eyes it runs terribly. Not good in climates with humidity, or if you have oily skin. Runs easy. Love the color.
Expert Application Technique: Apply along the top and bottom lash line beginning in the inner corner of the eye and working outwards.
