I use this product in my water several times per day and it has nearly eliminated the need to take pain relievers - before I discovered this product I was taking high doses of Ibuprofen daily for excrutiating headaches that would build at the end of every tension packed work day. Only downside is I had intended it as a weight loss product based on article I had read, and it has not impacted my weight at all. Still highly recommend!

This product is not too difficult to use, but it's not real convenient either. You have to know how much liquid you are adding it to in order to get the right ph. If you use water bottles, it's easier because they are measured for you. You can't just pour a glass of water and eyeball it. I would recommend ph test strips to make sure the ph is right. I'm not real sure how much this is helping me. I've only used it a few weeks. The science makes sense to me, so I will continue to use it a little while longer. There are no side effects and it doesn't really have a taste unless you use too much.
