Was recommended black seed oil for serious digestive inflammation. I noticed some improvement in the first couple of weeks after max dose of 10 (5 grams). Still seeing some improvement, but it has slowed down a little after the first month. Plan to keep taking for the near future to see what improvements I continue to have. No bad taste with the caps, and burps after (air only) taste a bit like chili.
