I suspect that the people who say this doesn't work, are simply taking using the Svetol and hoping that if they simply take the pills, they'll magically lose weight without altering their habits. If you want to lose weight, you MUST eat well and move. You don't need to go to the gym every day but you can't simply get up, drive to work, sit all day, and drive home. You need to walk, take the stairs and not the elevator, do your errands on foot, etc... ANd you need to cut out sugars, alcohol, heavy fats, etc.... You don't need to "diet" and totally restrict yourself, but you can't eat a burger and fries for lunch and then a steak for dinner. And you can't snack on cookies or even so-called low calorie healthy snacks. Those 100 calorie a bag cookies are not going to let you lose weight. This product helps you metabolise the food you are eating but its not a miracle pill. I lost 12 lbs in 2 months and I keep taking it to keep the weight off. If you need to lose lots of weight, of course you should up your game for awhile, but this stuff works if you do it right.

Okay! So I just purchased this product this morning. I am a mother of 4 and after my 2nd two children, well, let's just say the weight has been hanging around like baggage. I've decided that I'm not having anymore children so it's time to do something about it. I am on a 1100 calorie diet and I workout twice a day, as of last Monday. I will say this, I have set a target weight goal for myself. I am planning on losing 30 pounds by Dec. 1st, I am currently 203.8 pounds. I am hoping this product, along with diet & exercise, will work! So wish me luck! I will report back after my first week with the results.

I have used as instructed for just over 2 months. Haven't lost an ounce yet but will report back when I finish the next bottle. 6 pills a day and no results though?? Maybe if I think positive it will work....lol I'm kind of sticking with it to prove a point. I think certain supplements need months to kick in.

This stuff works. I am soooo surprised. Like so many people out there i spent so much money on diet weightloss products and wasted my money. I watched DR. OZ and these contain everything he said they should have. I started last Monday and today a week i am down 5 pounds. No lie. I am so happy. And i have not changed my diet and i don't exercise, enen though i should. If you exercise regular and eat right imagine what it would do. I SAY GIVE IT A TRY IT WORKS>
