I love this product! It is not a strong hold, so I only use it on days when I want a softer curl or some curl hold but don't care if it holds tightly. I save my gel for those days. Using it several times a week on hair that is past my shoulders, one bottle lasts me 4-5 months.

I use this whenever I wash my hair at night and want to wear a natural wavy look the next day. After detangling and while my hair is still damp, I rub two pumps of this product through each half of my hair (I have a whole lot of wavy hair long to half-way down my back - you might use more or less depending on volume & length), spreading it mostly on the shaft and ends with my hands, and just very little closer to my scalp. Then I just let it air dry. In the morning I refresh with a spray gel or flexible hold hairspray and I'm ready to go! I love the results. Does a great job of taming my frizzies so I can wear my natural waves.
