While this product is effective at protecting hair from heat, I can't breath when using it. The spray is so thick and chemical, like old aerosol sprays that using it in a confined non-ventilated space is almost impossible.

I love that I don't "fry" my hair when using my curling iron and how shiny and healthy my hair looks. I also use it to help my hair hold the curl without it getting sticky or gummy or hard to brush out.
Shake well before using & spray 6-8 inches from hair, being careful not to apply directly to roots. Spray in dry hair before using flat iron or spray in wet hair before blow drying to help protect hair from damaging heat.
