It does not ruin the inside of my dishwasher like other bleach-based products and cleans well in hard water. Not sure what others are saying about the scent- it is fragrance free.

This is THE WORST dishwasher detergent! It leaves a horrible film and the dishes smell awful, not even like food, just smells awful. I am so disappointed with Method. I like their laundry detergent and hand soap and a few other items too but this was just awful.

I love how well this cleans and shines my dishes, but the packs are too fat to fit in my dispenser! I have to cut them open and pour the powder into the dispenser in order to get it to close.
