I purchased the radio as a gift, but the first radio would only receive a couple FM stations and had virtually no AM reception. The replacement radio was delivered with corroded button cell batteries that needed replacement. The reception is better, but radio stations are hard to find with the digital tuning system used. Although I'm still unhappy with the overall reception and poor sound quality of the radio, my wife thinks it's 'cute', so we'll keep it until something better comes along.
