When I bought this I didn't realize it was marketed to protect skin from irritation and rash caused by bladder leakage. I decided to use it anyway on my chest to relieve a persistent rash caused by my bra. It's very thick so it stays put. I saw immediate improvement that continued over several days. Will buy again.

I have been using the creamy Desitin and it works OK but when I saw and bought the new Balmex Adult Care Cream I found the best cream for me. I put it on during the day and reapply before going to bed to let it do its working power and my problem is using taken care of overnight. There is no odor either.
