Otherwise healthy adult with a heat-related rash -- what to do? I found Balmex on Drugstore.com's website and decided to try it. One application, just one, and the rash was SO much better. It is thick and somewhat messy, so I use it before bedtime, not when I'm going to wear good clothes.

Had been using plain zinc and other diaper rash products meant for kids such as Triple Paste for heat rash in skin folds. This works so much better. Only drawback is it can get on dark colored clothing leaving white marks so be careful when applying.
