I don't "dislike" this product. I keep using it but I am having trouble getting used to the "feel". It definitely doesn't feel like a soap or cleanser. Haven't noticed that it is "moisturizing". On the upside, it hasn't seemed to bother my skin.

This was a nearly perfect cleanser. I wear heavy foundation and while it took most of it away, in my pores around my nose, make up slightly remained. I'll give this product to my 12-yr. old daughter who needs extra gentle and find a less gentle product within this brand for myself.

Picked this for its gentelness. Have to advise on one thing; if you're used to thicker cleansers that need water to "foam", don't use water on your face or hands before applying this one. It smooths on better with dry skin.

I have pretty sensitive skin. Not only do I enjoy the lavender scent, but this face wash doesn't irritate my skin. Doesn't really remove makeup very well, but leaves face, neck and décolleté feeling clean. Highly recommended!

I am always looking for natural cruelty free beauty products. This was on sale so I tried it. I don't like the smell and it does not remove my makeup.I am going to keep looking for another cleanser and would not recommend this if you wear makeup.

I was enticed by the "milk" element of this cleanser. I used a cleansing milk last winter and it did wonders for combating the usual dry skin that comes with the season. Although this product smells great and is cruelty free, it's not as cleansing or moisturizing as I would like.

I was excited to try this as most cleansers leave me with a really tight dry itchy feeling. It left my face very moisturized but my face broke out with pimple like crazy.
I am sure the product is great just nor for me.

I was very excited about trying this product after finding it through the Environmental Working Group's Cosmetics Database. It is very green & earth-friendly. The smell is not quite unpleasant but definitely isn't pleasant. My skin has recently changed from oily to a lot less oily. I am searching for new products that work for my new skin and ones that are less toxic for me and for the earth. I thought I had normal-to-dry skin, but even when using a lot of this product (a full pump) on dry skin, it did not remove the oils from my face. My mistake in mismatching my skin to a product. I will not be purchasing this product again.

I don't have sensitive skin and yet this cleanser makes my skin burn after I wash it off. I never had other cleansers that is supposed to be gentle irritate my skin.
