I was able to try the Schick Hydro Silk Disposables Razor and the Skintimate Silky Skin Shave Gel free by participating in their BzzAgent campaign. I LOVE the soft, ergonomic rippled handle that makes the razor very comfortable to hold and easy to maneuver in and around the curves of my legs without slipping, nicking. It lets me shave quickly and safely without irritating even my sensitive areas.

I also really love the Water-Activated Moisturizing Serum thats gives me a really close shave and leaves my legs very smooth and silky. The water-activated moisturizing serum keeps your skin moisturized for up to 2 hours after shaving.

I can't even feel the blades when shaving—I think the blade guards also play a big role in this because they are designed to smooth your skin and prevent nicks and irritation—and the five curve-sensing blades really give the smoothest, most comfortable, and long-lasting shave I've ever had.

I also love the compact oval head that makes it easy to reach the harder to reach areas and maneuver the complex curves under my arms and behind my knees.

The moisture serum does seem to wear out fairly fast but that's O.K. because the Skintimate Silky Skin shave gel lubricates and moisturizes my skin with vitamin E, Moroccan oil, and Huile d'argan (argan oil). These nourishing ingredients helps give me the close shave while preventing nicks and irritation and leaves my skin feel so smooth and moisturized. It comes out of the can as a foam so you can spread it neatly and quickly.

First off.. Five blades. I almost don't even need to go any further! The more blades the better in my book. The razor shaves like a dream and I have muscular legs so the blade hugged and grooved the curves in my leg effortlessly. Normally after a shower I rub my legs down with lotion but for the sake of trying this free sample, I opted not to. I didn't expect much (probably the regular dry ashiness of no lotion.. But my legs were surprisingly not too bad. Super impressed. I also liked the blue color.. Pretty. And I liked the curved grip handle, that was nice too. I was given the opportunity to try this product for free and my opinion was my own.

It's springtime! Time to break out the razors, ladies!!! Schick is my favorite brand of razor & the Hydro Silk Disposables are AWESOME!! Clean, smooth shave! No cuts or knicks here! Thanks to Schick & BzzAgent, I had the opportunity to try these razors for free & I am hooked! Because they are disposable they are perfect for traveling, but I actually prefer them over my daily razor. Give them a try, you won't be sorry!!

I've been using a Mach 5 forever, but when I got one of these as a sample, I was hooked. Absolutely the smoothest shave and legs I've ever had. Highly recommend!
