These were not what I expected. I was looking for a decent overnight pad for heavy flow, and these are NOT overnight pads. They are too skinny and only about 9 inches long. There is no protection from side leaks what so ever. They have the side channels but it does no good. When I pulled one out the pack I already knew I couldn't use it overnight so I used it as a day time pad on a day I didn't have to leave home. I was sitting the majority of the time; after about 2 hrs of wear I had LEAKAGE. I'll use them because I paid for them but I will not repurchase. I tried Seventh Generation overnight maxi and they are much better! I just double up with another long ultra thin overnight pad and I am good to go at night.

NO. No, no, no. As another reviewer mentioned, it's like wearing a thick, skinny, styrofoam diaper...and even then, a diaper would be more effective than these. I accidentally bought these before; what a waste of money.

Very disappointed in these. Not effective in containing leaks overnight and quite uncomfortable to wear.

I have very sensitive skin and a latex allergy. I have been through many brands of feminine care products before I found the NatraCare brand- life was suddenly very good! I also suffer from a blood clotting disorder and the medications I take to control that issue causes me to have very heavy periods. I have also had a problem with heavy periods, they are just now so much worse. These pads are thick enough that I don't worry about leakage, especially at nigh. And the fact that they are natural and the adhesive doesn't contain latex- they are just an amazing product that I don't know what I would do with out them.

These worked just fine, I have to use them with tampons because I flow too heavy on most days. They stayed in place and were comfortable. I will buy them again. I can't wear standards pads because I have an allergic reaction to them, these were cool and dry.

I REALLY love the fact these pads don't cause my sensitive skin to hurt, burn and itch, But I really hate that they are too narrow, have a very thin 1 inch wide line of adhesive to attach to underwear. Although these are marketed as overnight, they do not stay in place. they move and since they are narrow, leaking occurs on one side or anther. Especially when you sleep on your side. I hope they can remake these wider and less stiff as the other components - great for sensitive skin, natural, cotton and non-irritating, absorbent - are very important to me. Will keep looking for one of their other styles.

I have had vulvodynia for about six years. I have tried all the different pads out there, but because they are plastic, they would cause me a lot of pain! They would stick to my vaginal area, and it burned and hurt a lot. Now, I have been using these pads for several years, and I am not afraid when I have my period, because I know that I will be comfortable with them.

I would like to see more in a pack, I think that 10 are not enough, maybe the makers should take this into consideration.

I started with Natracare products six years ago, as it was the only desposable, natural feminine care pad I could find. Initial, they worked well, BUT it needed wings! Then I noticed some slight changes had been made in them - none good. The pads sometimes fell apart or simple bunched up and became uncomfortable. I checked to see what other natural feminine care products were available and found Seventh Generation. Their overnight pads have wings, hold up better, and cost less. I would not go back to Natrasorb.

Not good at all. Thick and bulky and uncomfortable. My search for a natural Always replacement continues.

WOW! I absolutely love these!! Cottony soft as a cloud and oh so gentle, I recommend these strongly, they are heaven sent! I wish more local stores carried this incredible Earth-friendly brand but even so I am thrilled to be able to order from this website. I keep my cabinets stocked with this brand only now! & I also wish more women were aware of the severe damage to the planet that regular disposable maxi pads do, therefore be sure to spread the word & let all of your girlfriends know about these as I have! One of my favorite items!!
