Because of dietary restrictions, I can't eat regular frosting so I melted these on top of gluten-free cupcakes as flat icing. It was very good. I think these would be great in cookies and they are almost 1/2 the price I paid at my local food store but I live in Florida so I think I'd be nervous about ordering these through the mail!
