Wrap a soothing TheraPearl Shin Wrap around your lower leg to help feel the pain dissipate.  Two adjustable Velcro® straps keep it securely in place so you can move freely, and it's slim enough to wear under pants.

Chill it in the fridge or freezer for analgesic cold, or pop it in the microwave for penetrating heat.  The pack holds its therapeutic temperature for a full 20 minutes so you get fast, effective relief.  Great for a run and anytime shin tenderness sends you to the bench.

Cold therapy:  Freeze for at least 2 hours.

Heat therapy:  Heat in microwave for specified time:

• 700 watts - 35 seconds
• 1000 watts - 25 seconds
• 1250 watts - 20 seconds
