Been buying these sticks for years and have always loved the rich, creamy hazelnut flavor. The pre-measured sticks hold just the right amount of coffee for someone like me that can't drink a lot of coffee or they become jittery. Both the vanilla and hazelnut sticks were so flavorful that it was almost like there was actual coffee creamer added in with the coffee, even though there wasn't. I bought the "new" pack of reformulated hazelnut today and it's NOT the same product at all. I called Nescafe I was so upset. The coffee is now pulverized, tasteless powder. It tastes cheap, bitter and very acidic. There is absolutely no hazelnut flavor whatsoever. I will not be buying Nescafe products again until they decide to go back to the old formula and quality. I'm so very disappointed that it looks like another company is cutting quality to the consumer in favor of cutting costs for themselves. This is a sad day indeed.

Thought I was ordering old package based on graphic from web site. I received new packaging and with New formulation...not like the old stuff. Has bitter after taste.

I add one packet of the hazel nut instant coffee to my vanilla flavor protein shake to which I also add some greek yogurt, skim milk, and ice. What a delicious, satisfying drink!

This coffee tastes as good as any I ever buy from a coffee shop, and is comparable to the best slow brewed. And is the best value I have ever found on this product.

Good value compare to Starbucks VIA. I like the hazelnut flavor, but overall coffee is a little weaker than I like and I usually like mild coffee
