This product is amazing. Been taking for 2 years and my skin has been "radiant". Received compliments periodically. However, around the same time I also became vegetarian, cut out dairy, cut out processed foods, and began taking Hair, Skin and Nails vitamins and flaxseed oil as well. So hard to pinpoint what mattered most.
