COLD WATER Salmon oil is without a doubt preferably to garden variety mixed-composition fish oils, with respect to efficacy. Chiropractor highly recommended, as did primary physician. Use daily in concert with glucosamine/chondroitin for superb maintenance and relief for joint difficulties, as replacement for former prescriptions specifying VioxX and Celebrex (loathed participating in "maintenance" prescription programs). MUCH greater relief and mobility (for all intents and purposes, completely pain free and full-range use of all joint articulations)!
