This soft massage cushion has a wider funnel, specially designed for mums with larger nipples.  It can be used with Philips® Avent Natural range breast pumps.  If the nipple does not sit comfortably in the cushion funnel, or touches the walls of the funnel, you may need the larger breast pump cushion.
