This product is intended to treat symptoms of oral herpes simplex 1 or 2 after diagnosis be a physician. Herpes is a viral infection with symptoms of rashes or blisters, redness and pain.

H-Balm is practically a miracle. I have a weakened immune system due to mitochondrial disease and ME/CFS, and I take Valtrex daily as well as lysine to control outbreaks. However, due to my wonky immune system, I still get them, and before I discovered H-Balm, there was nothing I could really do about it. I tried other topicals like lysine creams and they were a waste of money.
I found Forces of Nature on the web and their product H-Balm and decided it was worth a try. OMG, was I ever glad I did! I was never a big believer in homeopathics but I do try to stick to organic and natural products wherever possible and this product made me rethink my views on homeopathics. H-Balm is no wimpy natural susbtitute for a stronger toxic drug; they might as well call it H-BOMB as far as I am concerned, because it completely NUKED my outbreaks! There is no topical pharmaceutical drug to stop outbreaks, and even if there were, I could not imagine one more effective than this.
Any outbreaks I had were healed within a few days as opposed to weeks and no new lesions developed once I applied the medicine. Not only that, but if I aplied it when I felt the first tingle during the "prodrome" phase before the blister actually appeared, it stopped the outbreak from happening at all! I LOVE this stuff.
It does burn a little bit if it is applied to broken skin, but I just feel like that shows that it is working, and the slight burning stops the irritating itching feeling and then fades. It has a fairly strong medicinal smell from the botanical essential oils but that is a very small price to pay for the relief and rapid healing you get. It isn't greasy or heavy at all, but very light and clear. It is rapidly absorbed into the skin to penetrate deep down to where the virus is hiding and kill it.

I have a compromised immune system due to mitochondrial disease, and my body has trouble suppressing the herpes virus, even with Valtrex. I went through a period of getting outbreaks at the drop of a hat, and I was miserable. I found H Balm online and decided if it worked, it would be worth the money. I was BLOWN AWAY by how great this stuff is! It is a pleasant, natural homeopathic botanical remedy made of essential oils but it is lightweight and not at all greasy. I thought it would be too mild or maybe wouldn't work at all; I don't have a lot of faith in homeopathics in general. H Balm was a revelation. Nothing would stop my outbreaks once they started, but H Balm healed them completely within a few days where they had lasted several weeks since my body could not fight them. Not only that, if I caught it in the prodrome phase before te actual outbreak, when you feel the tingle, it often stopped the outbreak from even happening at all! It has a slight burn on areas where blisters have broken, but to me that felt good as it stopped the itch and felt like it was working, which it was! This stuff actually kills the virus and penetrates the skin to stop it cold, and does so without any chemicals or drugs! It allows your skin to heal back to normal faster than anything I have seen, including very high dose Valtrex. If you want to get rid of cold sores, shingles outbreaks, or any form of herpes anywhere on your body, this product is worth every penny and it lasts a long time. A little goes a long way. Stronger and more effective than anything else on the market by a mile and safe and natural to boot! The smell is strong and a bit medicinal, but SO worth it for the relief it brings! This is all you need.
