I used the turbo mascara n when they discontinued it I got this.
I've worked for Clinique and Lancôme and Maybelline has the best mascara.
U do need a waterproof eye make up remover.

For a more inexpensive mascara, this one works very well. It thickens, doesn't clump and isn't "messy" when applying. I use a coat of this and the a coat of Maybelline Colossal Volume Express Waterproof Mascara - best my eyelashes have looked in while!

Formula is awesome! ... similar to the old fashioned MARATHON MASCARA that was truly waterproof ... Customers who complain about difficult removal: ""You are using the wrong product! You need WASHABLE""... Waterproof is for us who WANT it to stay on thru swims, shower, tears, allergies, hard to get off ... People who complain about removal are whiners who ruined truly waterproof for the rest of us ... My only complaint with this product is the brush, it's HUGE ... Can't reach the inner lashes easily ...and ... Plastic applicators don't release enough product like hairy bristles do, on thinner, delicate lashes

I decided to take another reviewer's advise & first use the Cat Eyes mascara, followed by this mascara. There is no clumping or sticking together & the combination makes your lashes look like the celebrities, without using falsies. The Cat Eyes mascara give you as much length as you want & The Rocket gives you the volume you want. Just great. I've tried so many mascaras. Now I've found what I will use for the future.
