These packs really work. They even include a rinse agent, so if your machine runs low in the reservoir, no problem still fresh clean spotless dishes . they cost more but are well worth it.

This seems to work the best with our hard water. I would rather use something more natural but the dishes always come out with water spots. I also use white vinegar in the rinse aid dispenser which helps.

I hope this product is working. I find with all dishwasher products, you still have to wash your dishes before you wash your dishes!! I have not figured out if the price is good or not. But I will soon.

I completely agree with Lucy. I am not a big consumer of cleaning products. I make a lot of them myself. But I have a new beautiful dishwasher that didn't look sparkling clean inside. I heard about Casade Platinum on television and uncommon for me I bought it just to "see". I was about to retire my everyday glasses and after a couple of washes they look like crystal!

This IS one of the few times that a product does what it says it does. I was amazed to see glasses that I thought I would have to throw away return to their original look. All my dishes and glasses look like new. At first they seemed a bit better but with continued use of this product they are back to beautiful. This is THE BEST dish washing product to date for your dish washer.
One Concentrated Pouch = One Load. Dry hands before handling. Do not unwrap or puncture pac (it dissolves in water). Place one pac in the main dispenser cup and close dispenser door. Let it do the cleaning. Reseal bag after each use.
