My husband has a metal allergy and gets awful rashes on his belly. This is the only product he's ever found to relieve the itching and scabbing (gross). It also soothes dry, itchy winter skin. We always keep this on hand.

I had bad rash on my face because I'm metal allergy person.
I applied Aveeno Anti-Itch Concentrated Lotion & Aveeno 1% hydrocortison oint on my face. The rash, reddness,and ich that were relieved I only have been using in a few days .
Also Aveeno eczema therapy cream is very good for several dry spots on my face after my allergy reacted.
Aveeno Anti-Itch Concentrated Lotion smells weired but it really works for my allergy itch skin. It feels not too dry like other calamine lotion.I,m a fan of Aveeno products nowadays..

Alleviates itching without any hydro-cortisone . Just give it a few seconds to absorb into the itchy area. Great product.

I have extremely sensitive skin and am highly allergic & can break out into itchy rashes at the drop of a hat. I have used creams prescribed by my physician for these break outs when they occur, but have found none that do the trick in beginning to promote the healing and contain the itching like this product. Was no longer able to find it in my local drugstore & was so happy to have found it here. Hope they don't discontinue as this is a staple in my medicine cabinet! Also use for my childrens occassional bites & skin irritations & wouldn't be without it!

I use this for itchy, dry skin on my back. It smells so bad that i can't use it unless i then wash it off. So, i frequently use it as a soap sustitute in my bath; for my back only. Apply it (i.e. have my husband scrub it on with a back brush) and then leave it on for the remainder of the bath---then rinse it off. I then apply my usual moisturizer after bathing. It seems to make a noticeable difference in the frequency and intensity of my crazy, itchy back.

I use this product for allergic reaction to dishwashing soap which I think has turned into psoriasis. In about 20 minutes the itching has stopped and I like the fact that it does not dry out the skin as some products do. My husband had a maddening itch on his face for several days and tried other ointments, including prescription which did not work. When I realized his frustration I put the Aveeno on his face and it stopped within 20 minutes and never returned. I just hope this product is not discontinued just like so many other wonderful products that really work.

This is the best every day anti-itch lotion I have found, and I have tried many. I often use it with a calming lotion, and occasionally with clobetasol, a prescription steroid ointment, but unless I have a flair of extreme itching, the Aveeno keeps the itch under control. There are other Aveeno products that claim to be anti-itch, but this is the only one I found that really works. The active ingredients, Pramoxine HCL and Calamine, are not found in the other products. It has very little menthol, and I think that is a plus for me.
