my shaves last longer. I don't have the typical '5 o' clock shadow' after work. I mainly switched because of issues with ingrown hairs. I no longer have that issue using this product.

Easily the best shaving product I use. I use a badger brush to apply shaving soap and I haven't found a product yet that lathers up as well and as consistently. It also smells great - clean, manly, "barbershop" kind of scent.
One tub will last a long time - I've used the one I have now for at least three months of almost daily shaving.

Creates a thick long lasting lather that softens the beard, reduces drag and cuts/nicks/irritation. I have sensitive skin and this is the only Shave Soap that works for me other than Arko, and Arko is hard to find. Proraso is much more cost effective as it lasts much longer. I started with Williams shave soap and it was like using Ivory soap, not a true shave soap. Proraso has been used for decades in Italy (just like Vito's) and is a non-expensive product that is consistently great! I can find no fault with Proraso products and I've been using them for several years and at 60 I'm not changing soon.
