I use this all over body, hands and feet. It does smooth and soften very nicely. The fragrance is woodsy/spice...not floral and I find it a bit heavy but wearable. On the moisture scale of 1-to-5 it gets about a 3. Absorbs well but seems to vanish after a few hours. Probably won't buy again. I prefer Jergens Skin Smoothing lotion over this one.
