I eat 2 chews in the morning and before bed on an empty stomach.Take with 1000mg Vitamin C to increase absorption. Significantly slows hair loss.

I already have the fruit punch and they are tasty and chewy like a starburst fruit chew. I love mint so I am going to try them next. After a couple weeks I noticed that my face feels smoother and my nails are not chipping as much.

It tasted okay but was like chewing gum. I didn't care for it. Can't say if it works as I only had one.
