Warnings

Hair Remover Cream: Always follow the directions for use. Irritation or allergic reaction may occur with some people, even after prior use without adverse effect. Therefore, test before each use by applying product to a small part of the area where hair is to be removed. Follow directions & wait for 24 hours. If skin appears normal, proceed with full application. Do not use on irritated, sunburned, inflamed, or broken skin. If irritation occurs during use, remove the product & rinse area with cold water. If irritation occurs during use, remove the product & rinse area with cold water. If irritation persists, consult your physician. Do not use on face, around eyes, in nose, in ears, on breast nipples, perianal or vaginal/genital area. Product may cause surfaces to become slippery. Avoid product contact with other personal/bath items; clean immediately in case of accidental contact with the cream. Avoid contact with eyes. I didn't purchase this from Drugstore.com, i actually don't typically use hair removal systems like this. Many years ago, before we had fancy razors (they only had 1 blade!) and there wasn't even shave cream for women (I remember using Barbasol). When i used Nair for the first time it was probably around 1990 (I was only like 15) and it burnt my skin so badly i cried. I vowed never to use Nair again. A few weeks ago i was at a Mass Retail Store, and saw it in the Clearance bin for only $3.50. I thought what the heck, i'll give it a shot. Since i hadn't used any products similar it was kind of a new experience. Even though it did say to put on a decent layer, on my lower legs, i put to thin of a layer and it would have needed a longer amount of time to work, had i done it correctly, it would have taken off the hair quicker. When i got into the shower and proceeded to take off the cream, especially areas like my bikini line where there are creases. The cream AND hair just peeled right off. There was only a slight Tingling after i had the cream on for a few minutes but it was nothing. My skin didn't get Red, it didn't burn, it didn't irritate, etc... I was so shocked. I have only one issue. I used the 2 wipes that were to be used before applying the cream, so how do i get more? Do I need to use more? Do I have to use them every time i do this? If so, i won't be able to do this again until i found an establishment that sells the wipes alone? I'm confused, the box doesn't even say anything about it. That's about it. Oh and I have skin allergies and very sensitive skin and still had no issues. Just make sure you put on a decent layer where the hair that you want removed is thickest. I just used a wash cloth to wipe off the cream/removed hair from my legs. Give it a shot!

I saw this in the store and decided to try it rather than shaving. I've used Nair products before and the only drawback was the mess of using them. I followed the instructions exactly and after one minute the skin under my arms was on fire. Glad I didn't try it anywhere else. I have red welts under my arms and will not be using this any longer.

Follow directions exactly. Read the warnings section before use. Step 1: Prepare the skin: Use the wipes on area where hair is to be removed. Steps 2: Remove the hair: Apply cream: Remove lid & inner tray. Using applicator sponge or spatula, apply an even, think layer to cover hair. Do not rub in. Repeat until the entire area where hair to be removed is covered. Rinse applicator under water. Allow to dry. Wipe jar clean & replace inner tray. Keep lid tightened when not in use. Wash hands thoroughly. Let cream sit for 4 minutes. Do not exceed 10 minutes of total application time. Remove cream & hair: After 4 minutes use a damp washcloth to check a small area for hair removal. If the hair comes off easily, continue to remove the cream. If the hair does not come off, leave the cream on longer without exceeding 10 minutes of total application time. Once all hair has been removed. Rinse skin thoroughly with lukewarm water & pat dry. Do no rub. Step 3: Moisturize after hair removal: Apply gel onto skin where hair has been removed. Close cap tightly when not in use.
