This is the only sleep aid that I've been able to use on a regular basis without my body becoming adjusted to it without the effect wearing off after awhile. I highly recommend this product!!! I started using this product when I was visiting family in London and you could purchase this over the counter but you had to ask for it. I couldn't find it anywhere in the US so I checked drugstore.com and found it here!!! I never leave home without it!!!

The thing that is great about this produce is that you don't feel tired when you wake up in the morning. Have to get at least 7 hours of sleep or more.
