Best way to compost: throw some dishwater in compost container, throw in kitchen scraps, add used paper towels, put tight cover on, continue process for several days, then dump in compost pile. The only thing I don't like is that you can only use full sheets and not pick a size. But other than that they are perfect. These are good for the planet and in my kitchen, get the job done. I like that these are unbleached, too. No need for nasty chemicals. They're not the best I've ever used but for a post-consumer product, they're pretty good.
