I use this spray once I get to the last day before I need to wash my hair. Once hair has started to piece together from the oil, I know it's time. I have drier, thick, curly/wavy hair and this works like a dream. I don't feel like it leaves a film, and it certainly doesn't leave a gray tint to the hair like colorless dry shampoos do. I also have taken to using this when I need to give my hair some volume or texture. It's multi-purpose for me. The smell is not overwhelming and doesn't make it obvious you've used dry shampoos. I hate when I spray other brands and the smell instantly gives me away. I can use it for two days if need be, but beyond that, there is some build up. I can only speak to this one particular version of the Baptiste Dry Shampoo, but it's a repurchase item for me, so I felt it deserved a review.

I really like this dry shampoo. I like that it's tinted and blends well with my hair and I like that it smells good. Any dry shampoo always makes my hair feel gross after 2 days if I put it on oily hair, but I don't use it when my hair is already oily. I use it on clean hair to prevent oil and it adds volume to my roots. It is tinted, so if you scratch or rub your scalp you will get dirty looking fingers.

I think these dry shampoos are all basically the same BUT this one with the brown does the trick of eliminating any trace of chalky particles on hair. And it does not come off on my clothes or pillow. Thumbs up.

I have used this product for a few years now! I prefer it to any drugstore dry shampoo because it is colored. That makes a huge difference on time in the morning!

I really like how it works my hair is dark brown so it matches my hair well. The smell is a bit too strong, I feel like im putting on a very stong perfume when I spray it. Not my favorite

My favorite bargain dry shampoo! I love the brown tint, and love that using this product doesn't leave me with gray looking hair close to the scalp. I have medium brown color treated hair. I haven't had any trouble with the color/tint making my hands or linen dirty with contact as others have mentioned. I have gotten several friends hooked on this awesome product!

Most dry shampoos leave white flakes on dark hair, even the expensive ones (i.e. dry bar). This is the only one I have found that doesn't. It smells a bit, but better than most dry shampoos. And its affordable. I'm glad I found this.

I like all the other dry shampoo from batiste but this one is just way too dark. It will stain your scalp and turn your fingers and hands brown when you work it into your hair. It also took two washes to completely wash out.

worst dry shampoo ever. I have dark hair and although this blended in and did not leave a gray cast, everytime I touched my hair during the day it would rub off the dark color onto my fingers and flakes onto my face. Horrible!
