This product is wonderful for sauteing veggies, scrambled eggs, baking chicken, pretty much anything you wuld use olive oil or corn oil for, you can use coconut oil. It has a mild taste that compliments almost anything. It is also very good for you, lower in cholesterol, good for hair and joints (which is why I put a teaspoon in my dogs food), and increases your metabolism. This was a great value because it is very expensive in the store to buy it. I loved the free home delivery.
