This product should not be used by people who are insensitive to temperature extremes, such as those with circulatory problems, diabetes, nerve damage or paralysis.  Do not heat in a microwave oven.  Do not sit, lay, or lean or on the compress, since breakage and/or leaks could result.  Adult supervision is required when treating infants and children.  Use only as directed.

1. Keep compress in a freezer bag in the freezer for a minimum of two hours
2. Place the compress directly on the affected area, no additional protective cover needed
3. Apply for no longer than 20 minutes
4. After use, place the compress in the freezer for a minimum of 1 hour before using again
5. Wait at least 20 minutes before reapplying

Storage and care:  Keep the compress in a freezer storage bag in the freezer when not in use.  Even though contents are nontoxic, dispose of a torn or ruptured compress.

To clean:  Gently blot with warm water and air dry.
