I've owned various electric shavers and this is the best. This one is so efficient that most times I only have to make one pass where the others I would have to make 2 or 3 passes over the same spots. My previous Braun shaver used to be pretty loud but this one is significantly quieter. It has this cooling thing built into it that really works and helps keep irritation down. The cooling function does take more power but you can turn it off if you want to in order to save the battery. Even with the cooling on, it usually lasts more than a week before I need to charge it. It comes with a charging/cleaning station that has an alcohol cartridge in it which pumps the alcohol into the blades while it's running. The shaver has a little light on it that says it's time to clean it, but I usually only clean it when it needs charging once a week or so. Reading other reviews, other guys are using it in the shower but I use it dry. It has a trimmer built into the side of it and it works well for trimming my moustache and sideburns. The feature I like about the trimmer is that it's locked until you want to use it then all you do is hit this little button to unlock it. It also has a rubberized surface on it that gives you a good grip while shaving.
My only criticism is the charger/cleaner station is a bit big and takes up bathroom counter space.

The cooling feature on this razor is pretty cool, and surprisingly effective! Definitely a step up from other razors I've used that get noticeably warm/hot while shaving. Unfortunately I seem to have a difficult time getting a close shave - I either have to go over a handful of stubborn hairs multiple times, or grab my razor to finish the job. If it wasn't for that, this would be perfect for me.

I got this product for my boyfriend and he loved it! He said the cooling feature was great and loved the close shave. The only complaint was the placement of the pop out trimmer was tricky to use without nicking yourself.

I was pretty nervous to try out an electric razor again, but it was recommended to me. The two blades contour nicely to my face without any pinching, the cooling feature is refreshing and feels especially nice if you're in a hot shower. Save time shaving in the shower. The cleaner works wells too.

The shaver itself works great. I was a bit skeptical on the cool-factor, but it actually does work well. This part wasn't and still isn't a deal-breaker for me. But it's nice to have I guess. The actual shaving part of it tho, worked very well. I use it in the shower and there are no issues there. Charges seem to last a while as well, as I've left it off the charger for a whole weekend, and it still worked the next time I picked it up. Cleaning/lubricating does it's job as you would expect.
I'm a gadget guy and love things that have lots of options. This one, is by far, the 'coolest' razor I've ever used. Get it, you'll be very pleased you did.

This shaver system delivers. In my experience when a shaver claims to work in the shower, it doesn't quite give me the close shave I'm looking for. This one does its job. It doesn't irritate my neck as others do. It's lightweight enough and very practical.

I shave my head and I've used numerous electric shavers in recent years and never felt that the shave was as good as a blade, not to mention the fact that the friction from an electric shaver caused some irritation as well. Well, this shaver changed my mind. The CoolTec feature is really amazing. It makes the shaving experience very cool and for me, without any irritation. I found the shave to be close and quick. I'm very happy with this shaver and highly recommend it.

This shaver works great if you only have a day or 2 of growth. Once the beard hair gets too long it's hard to shave. It is also a bit difficult to get a clean shave on your neck. The cooling function feels nice and the cleaner/charging dock is a must have.
