I've tried dozens of weight loss products. This one isn't bad! I normally try to stay away from Sucralose but if you don't mind the artificial sweetener, you'll love it. I just don't care for the taste of it, or putting artificial products in my body. But if you can get around that, it's good. Smooth, good flavor and filling. I had a healthy breakfast and drank this as a mid-morning snack. Personally, I don't think I could use it as a meal replacement. But 5g fiber and 10g protein is a very good way to hold me until lunch.
