I have combination skin that is prone to breakouts and I usually don't use anything else on my face other than a cleanser because moisturizers and the like cause pimples. I've been able to use this in key areas or as a spot treatment and haven't had any problems. My eyes could be playing tricks on me, but I've used this on my laugh lines and noticed a difference. Not completely gone, but they look less noticeable.
