I love the smaller brush. Not only is it good for the bottom lashes, it also helps with the small inner lashes. Lasted all day while I was at work and it didn't smudge. My only issue was that it can clump sometimes.

I love the IDEA of this mascara - with a brush for upper and lower lashes. The problem is the formula: it flakes and sometimes clumps. By the end of the day I have black residue in my under-eye lines and random black dots on my cheeks. Not cute.

Still, those first 2-3 hours after applying, my eyes do indeed look wider and my lashes look great - it just doesn't last. A shame for me. (Perhaps if I was under 25, without any sort of wrinkles in which to settle, it would be fine.) I'll be going back to my favorite mascara.

Place the Maybelline Volum' Express The Falsies Big Eyes Waterproof Mascara Upper Brush at the base of your upper lashes and sweep from root to tip until a clean, voluminous look is achieved. Then apply to lower lashes using the Lower Lash Micro-Brush. Do not let dry between coats.
