I read an interview where Amber Rose said she used raw shea butter as a facial moisturizer, so I bought this stuff. After using it for a few weeks, my friends asked me if I was pregnant because my face was glowing! I have problem skin, oily & prone to breakouts, and this product has been a Godsend. I use it like La Mer: rub it between my hands until it "melts," press it into my face, & wake up to skin that is more even-toned, soft, and practically poreless. Love it! PS: I don't use it on my eyes. It has made them swollen in the morning when I've done that in the past.

I use this at least twice a day, morning and evening. After trying many, many other products, and after extensive research, I bought this. It was instant relief for my eczema and blepharitis. I will keep a backup of this at all times, and have put several containers of it in my bag, at my desk, in the car, everywhere. All other products that I tried made the condition much worse. This was a miracle for me as it addressed the problem and significantly improved it. My skin has healed, my eyes have opened after having been swollen shut, and the red/purple color of my lids as well as the scaling and weeping in and around my eyes have gone away. It did take about 3 to 4 weeks. I chose not to use cortisone steroids that were recommended to me by a doctor. Please try this if you are suffering from skin conditions like mine. I had absolutely no irritation from it. I always ate healthy, but even more so now. I changed my diet by eliminating all sugars, even fruit. I decreased or eliminated processed foods as well as white foods such as bread, pasta and rice. I eat lots and lots of fresh vegetables, especially green leafy ones. And I drink lots of water, sometimes with fresh lemon juice in it. I bought teas for liver detox and healthy skin. I also had to increase my lean proteins and now take different supplements that contain probiotics, omega 3, and biotin. I have lost about 5 lbs in one month, though I was in a healthy weight range. I now take sulphur tablets, and that has decreased any cravings for sugar and I believe helped my eczema. I only use mineral sunscreens. Good luck!

This shea butter is wonderful! My skin is so soft after using! It is a bit more difficult to apply than lotions or oils, but it is easier than other shea butters I've tired (it seems like it's been whipped). The best things is it completely absorbs, evens out skin tone, and is unscented (I hate having cremes compete with my perfume). This is my new staple!!
