The age-old formula has suddenly been changed from a decent gel to a runny, sloppy "gel" that takes longer to dry, and smells almost industrial--nothing like the pleasant Shower Fresh it used to. Nor do I like the re-designed dispenser head, which when tipped lets the thin gel run out like the sprinkling head of a water can. The deodorant still works as it should, but I HATE these changes! WHY do companies think they have to change something that's worked well for so MANY years!?! This has been the perfect deodorant for at least 40 of my 65 years, and now I'm frustrated.

Mitchum used to work better for me on odor control and this new formulation of "shower fresh" smells too strong. The smell lingers, but not in a good way. It's back to a trial and error search so I can find an effective, non-staining and non-chemical smelling anti-perspirant.
