Just spray in after your shower...brush through & you're DONE! Perfect for those of us with NO time in the morning. Smells wonderful like honeysuckle & detangles easily & gives hair brightness & reduces frizz.

Didn't notice any difference in my hair at all. Disappointed. Plus it has parabens.
