Right idea but needs redesign. Durable product. Irritates inside of cheeks.

This review is to help the company make a better product. I am a MAJOR night grinder and go through these products way too fast. This products design is good because it won't LET you grind. The material is strong but pliable with no rough edges. Now the negatives: it is hard to properly disinfect because of the removable sizing parts that touch the inside of the cheek. Nearly impossible to get in there and clean out saliva. This is also the area that causes irritation. I realize that to make a one size fits all is impossible so please make size specific. Size specific may cause more returned product but once a consumer finds their proper fit they will buy your product for life. Maybe have a printable sizing strip available? Or detailed mouth measuring directions? Would love if this came in one size for me with smoother inner cheek area.

At $20 each for average clunky mouth guards that I burn through, this looked like a better deal at almost $40 for something that would last a long time. It would have but I don't use it because of the above issues. Please experiment more with this product, manufacturer! You are onto something.

I have been searching for something like this for years and don't know how I missed this. I sleep elevated, on my side with mouth slightly open because of sleep apnea. This mouth guard prevents me from biting my tongue, as well as from grinding teeth. I don't even know it's there! Because of the increased pressure on the side of my face that's on the pillow, I sometimes take that side out and let it dangle while sleeping. Cannot do this with other types of mouth guards, and it keeps my gums and cheek on the pillow side from getting sore. Flip over and do the same on other side. No danger of swallowing this and it works great.
