Always use as a double layer.  Wrist & Lower Arm:  Cut to twice the length required for the limb.  Make two small cuts for the thumb.  Pull over arm & push thumb through hole.  Start doubling back.  Draw hole over thumb.  Pull top layer about 3 cm/1.2 in further up the arm than the bottom layer.  Ankle, Lower Leg, Elbow, Knee & Thigh:  Cut to twice the length required for the limb.  Pull onto the limb like a stocking.  Double back over the limb, pulling the layer about 3 cm/1.2 in further up the limb than the bottom layer.  Instructions For Use:  Measure around the widest part of the affected area & select the appropriate size.  Cut so that the bandage is twice the length required to the affected area.  Pull over the affected area.  Double back so that it forms a double layer ensuring the top layer overlaps the bottom layer by about 3 cm/1.2 in.
