If you have baby fine, straight hair that is flat, sticks to your head like silk on an ear of corn, and the ends of your hair get piecey and stringy, then this is the shampoo for you. It doesn't dull my hair, but it doesn't make it too soft, either, by trying to add shine. I have too much shine. I need texture/coarseness. Most shampoo manufactures, esp. Pantene & Loreal, just don't get it. They keep promising to add both volume and shine. The two don't go together. In order to make hair shinier, you have to make it softer, and if you make it softer, you make it flatter. This shampoo does NOT do that. It actually fluffs my hair out without dulling it. It is undoubtedly the best shampoo I have ever used for my fine, flat, straight hair!! I will never use any other shampoo.

I have bought products for thinning hair for years that cost four times as much as this product. This is fantastic! It gives me a lot of volume. Absolutely love it. The conditioner is also very good!

My husband has thinning hair and really likes this shampoo. He is very picky about what he uses. I bought this and asked him to try it. After a week he told me his hair felt better. That is enough for me!

Got a full head of (guy) hair, but it's slightly thinning with age. Tried quite a few volume shampoos. Most expensive ones don't seem to earn their price. This one is moderately priced and works. Fullness is there for 3-4 days without re-shampooing. The separate serum can be applied in the interim and has helped, too. The conditioner is nothing special and actually seemed to lessen the fullness, so I stick with the shampoo and serum. It's one of the few shampoos that I've re-ordered.
