To use with eyeshadow:
- Place 1 to 2 drops of Transformer into lid of shadow container (never put the liquid directly into the eye shadow).
- Dip the Eyeliner Brush/Eye Definer into Transformer.
- Glide the brush along the outer edge of the shadow.
- Apply to the eyelid creating a water resistant liner.
To use over eye pencil:
- Gently brush Transformer over the penciled area to create the same water resistant seal.
